BioHi! My name is Kate. I'm originally from San Jose, CA and I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley, where I studied Psychology and minored in City Planning. I now live in Northern New Jersey and I coordinate career development programs and resources at an educational non-profit. Before that, I worked as a supervisor in a warehouse, graduated from the Counseling Department at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and taught a first grade Spanish bilingual class in Paterson, NJ as a Teach for America corps member while exploring the East Coast. My passions are career counseling / career development, public service, learning from people, working for social justice, reading about all kinds of things, and enjoying life.
